The construction is progressing rapidly, and I recently visited the site. I was highly impressed with the quality of the work and the building's design. In the first phase, Block A, B, and C are scheduled for delivery by mid-2024, while Block D, E, and F will be handed over in 2025 or possibly by mid-2026. The booking for Block D to F has commenced, with an initial quote ranging from 6200 to 6500 per square foot. This project is undoubtedly one of the most luxurious projects in the Ameenpur area. If you're searching for a high-quality apartment at a reasonable price, this should be at the top of your list. Thank you, Avantika.
Update 2 (27 Feb 2023): I came across a review from Java Developers (JD) alleging that our reviews are paid. The post contained a lot of hostility, with the Java Developers emphasizing incorrect aspects of the project's layout. I want to address the JDs specifically and emphasize that I purchased my flat after thorough research and development. I take pride in stating that I have invested in one of the outstanding upcoming gated communities in Ameenpur.
I personally visited other projects such as Vertex, Candeur, My House Raka, and APRs, and I can confidently say that Avantika surpasses them in terms of location and price point. Avantika has always been renowned for its exceptional building quality, which becomes evident when you visit the site. I kindly request the JDs to refrain from spreading negativity.
Regarding the society gate, it will not be visible from the main road as the main gate arch will be located next to Avantika Sale's office. The road will be widened to 120 feet. Furthermore, Avantika enjoys the advantage of being slightly away from the main road, resulting in less noise and pollution. Adequate road construction ensures easy transportation without any traffic congestion.
While the bus frequency may be lower for public transportation, sharing autos are readily available. As more people shift to Avantika, we can expect an increase in transportation options. Transportation is not an issue here.
I have discovered several clinics near Ameenpur, and it's important not to compare Ameenpur to developed areas like Chandanagar or Madeenaguda. Ameenpur is still in its development stage, but there are numerous hospitals and clinics within a 1-1.5-kilometer radius.
The planning and elevation of Avantika are excellent, providing ample ventilation for each apartment. JD, I encourage you to conduct more research in this regard. If possible, could you share your layout and provide an update on your progress?
It's common for gated communities to have flats with shared common areas, as I have observed in several other projects. I have booked a three-bedroom apartment here, and I can assure you that my apartment is spacious and well-designed without any wasted space.
All flats in Avantika have a Manjeera water connection, so there are no concerns about water supply.
Additionally, there are several schools within a 4 to 5-kilometer radius, and school transportation is readily available. Schooling is not an issue here.
In conclusion, JD, please refrain from criticizing others when you cannot achieve what others have. Spreading negativity only reflects your own jealousy, which is evident in your comment. Let me clarify that I am not a member of Avantika's marketing team; rather, I am a buyer who has done extensive research and made the decision to book my dream apartment in Avantika.
Update 1 (Oct, 2022): Avantika has a well-established reputation for its exceptional construction quality. I have recently booked a 3 BHK flat here and I am eagerly looking forward to moving in. The possession date is set for May 2024, and I can't contain my excitement to relocate here soon. The current quoted price is 5700 per square foot, but I have heard that there are plans to increase it to 6500 starting from March 2023.
